I listen to the BBC podcast called Ukrainecast, which often has me close to tears. Thanks for sharing this. It is difficult to know what to do other than make donations, and to be aware of what is happening.

Kateryna Rashevska, a legal expert in Kyiv, is documenting the forced "transfer" of Ukrainian children to Russia. It has been going on since 2014; this year alone, an estimated 260K to 700k have been abducted.

First, the name. "Filtration" camps. What a benign term. Sort of like "Concentration" when they mean death. Second, Love for Russia? I venture to say there will be no love for Russia, now or ever among the Ukrainians. People have generational memories. And comparing it to the Holocaust, while there are Jews living in Germany, I sincerely doubt they would say they love Germany.

Thank you for the first person report and wishing you and all heroes in Ukraine a Happy New Year and a soon-to-be victory.
