We tend to believe that the "right" choice is always an obvious one. All of us are presented with difficult decisions at times, but few of us have to make them when someone else's life is on the line. I admire the strength that it takes for you to undertake this kind of work and, as usual, your commitment to taking ethical considerations into account.
